Dinara Ishbaeva holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UWED. In 2024, she completed a short-term internship at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Tehran), where she was involved in diplomatic correspondence and translation of verbal notes. In 2025, she continued her professional development through an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Her academic interests include soft power diplomacy and national identity, as well as cultural and humanitarian cooperation in international relations. She is also interested in symbolic politics and the intersection of culture, language, and foreign policy. She is particularly drawn to the theoretical frameworks of constructivist structuralism and their application in analyzing foreign policy strategies in European countries, including the United Kingdom.
